1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Velvet Circle. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate. Velvet Circle is available only to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. If you do not meet these requirements, you must not access or use the platform.
2. Account Conduct
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree not to share your login credentials, impersonate any person or entity, or use your account for any unlawful purpose. Velvet Circle reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
3. Content
You retain ownership of content you submit to Velvet Circle. By posting content you grant Velvet Circle a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating the platform. You must not post content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes the intellectual property rights of others.
4. Privacy
Your use of Velvet Circle is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please read it carefully. By using the platform you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described therein.
5. Subscriptions
Certain features of Velvet Circle are available only to paying subscribers. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Velvet Circle may change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velvet Circle and its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
