Consent
Everything on Velvet Circle is built on a foundation of enthusiastic, ongoing consent. Never pressure another member. Respect every boundary immediately and without question. Consent can be withdrawn at any time — honour that instantly. Any interaction, message, or request that ignores consent will result in permanent removal from the community.
Be Authentic
Use your real identity and accurate, up-to-date photos. Fake profiles, catfishing, and misrepresentation of your appearance, relationship status, or intentions are strictly prohibited. Members who discover they have been misled are encouraged to report the account immediately. Authenticity is the bedrock of trust in our community.
Respect Privacy
What happens on Velvet Circle stays on Velvet Circle. Do not share screenshots, photos, or personal details of other members outside the platform without their explicit written consent. Outing someone's membership, orientation, or lifestyle choices to third parties is a serious violation and may result in legal action as well as permanent removal.
No Harassment
Harassment of any kind — including persistent unwanted contact, derogatory comments, threats, or intimidation — will not be tolerated. A single report of serious harassment may result in immediate account suspension pending investigation. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for hate speech based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or any other protected characteristic.
No Commercial Activity
Velvet Circle is a social community, not a marketplace. Soliciting money, advertising services, promoting external platforms, or any form of commercial activity is prohibited unless you hold an active Velvet Circle Advertiser account. Escorts, sex workers, and commercial adult entertainers may not use standard member accounts for promotional purposes.
Report Concerns
If you encounter behaviour that makes you uncomfortable or that appears to violate these guidelines, please report it using the in-app report function. Our moderation team reviews all reports within 24 hours. You can also reach us at safety@velvetcircle.com for urgent concerns. We are committed to acting swiftly to maintain a safe environment for everyone.
